Management Is Horrible

Great Employer

Management is very tentative to my needs and the workplace culture is very diverse. There is nothing hard about my job,it is simple and easy. The most enjoyable part about my job is coming in everyday and interacting with my co-workers. Glassdoor has 25 American Logistics reviews submitted anonymously by American Logistics employees. Worked here for only a couple of months. But this has got to be the worst company I have ever worked for. The ownership is not present at all. The management is ridiculously bad. They just run people into the ground until they quit. In the short time I was there I think half the office staff quit.

The company keeps growing, and don’t seem to have consistency at anything else. You must be highly productive and must be self motivated. The job requires you to be proactive and good at being able to manage multiple tasks across the board. A good place to work and learn, very friendly people all around . This was one of the most stressful jobs I have ever had! High volume calls and the pay was terrible and there is only a two dollar difference between starting pay and top pay. Having worked for ALC, the company as a whole uss express review is very dysfunctional. Management is not constant or consistent, with changes haplening amongst them monthly. Training varies, apparently, mine was good but I’ve heard others feel they didn’t get enough uss express reviews time and got thrown into the deep end. Not much of a future in this businesses.
